How do I reserve a date?

You can book your party by reviewing our booking policy here first. Then you will have the option to book your party and view our calendar for available dates and times.  

Do you charge a deposit?

In order to reserve a party date, there is a $20 deposit required. Once you hit the minimum number of guests required, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you do not hit the minimum number of guests, your deposit becomes non-refundable, and you can choose between canceling your event, or turning it into a “kit party”.

How many guests do I need in order to host a party?

The minimum number of guests depends on our traveling distance by time. We are located in Blossom, TX.

0-30 minutes - 8 person minimum
30-45 minutes - 10 person minimum
45-60 minutes - 12 person minimum

How long should I plan my party for?

Parties typically last anywhere from 1.5 - 3 hours, depending on both the project and group size. We can give you a better estimate of the amount of time required when you are booking your event.

What is the cost for each guest?

If you are the hostess, your sign is free with a party of 8 or more guests.

How do guests register?

Once your party details have been set, we will create a private workshop event on our website that your guests can register for.  You can then share this link with all of your guests. Through the online registration form, guests will be able to choose their own design and complete their payment before finalizing their registration. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Can we choose multiple projects?

While you and each of your guests can choose their own designs for the selected project, each project requires different materials and time so only one type of project can be booked per party. Each project has plenty of designs to choose from though, so there is definitely something for everyone.

How do you handle cancellations?

Because our signs are made to order, any guest cancellation needs to be made at least 7 days prior to the event for a full refund. If a guest needs to cancel within 7 days of the event, there is one of three options; 1) They can choose to receive a 50% refund, 2) I can complete the sign for them during the class, or 3) I can leave their sign as a take-home kit for them to complete later. If we need to cancel a party due to weather, we will make the call at least 4 hours prior to the event start time. We will work together to figure out a date we can reschedule. If any of your guests are not able to attend the rescheduled date, they can choose between having their sign made by me, getting a take-home kit, or receiving a full refund. 

If we have to cancel due to not meeting the minimum number of guests, and you choose not to do a "kit party", all guests will receive a full refund within 7 days of the party date. In this situation, the initial deposit will not be refunded.
